Over the years I have tried different approaches including EMDR and ketamine therapy, always looking for what works best for me and helps me show up as my best self. TMS at Anew Therapy has been a really wonderful addition to that journey. What has stood out to me more than anything though is the psychiatrist here. I have seen a lot of providers over the years and I can say with complete sincerity that this is the first time I have ever felt truly cared for in that kind of setting. The Spravato treatments have been incredibly beneficial, more so than I initially thought they could be, but the therapists and office staff are absolutely spectacular people. They have also been very helpful to make sure everything is affordable, from finding payment programs to enroll in to finding a coupon for antidepressants. The therapists are terrific and so supportive. The Spravato itself has also been a very helpful and beneficial experience.
