“I went in for my second appointment today and left frustrated. My first visit cost $199 with insurance, while the second was $167. The front desk staff could not explain the difference, which raised concerns about billing clarity. During the visit, I spent time with a medical student, and the interaction did not feel productive. When I met with the doctor, the visit did not add value or address my concerns in a meaningful way. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I did not feel my time or money were well spent. Clear communication on pricing and more focused care would improve the experience. My inpatient care facility carried 5X to have my medical records sent and never had anyone answer. Several red flags. If you do more research there are several better facilities who are patient first.”

“I should have listened to the negative reviews. Everyone had talked up the actual doctors so I thought the complaints about the front desk / administrative staff were less of a concern and that surely by now those issues had to be resolved. I met with Sam for my first appointment and he was great so much of my concern dissipated but then I scheduled my next appointment for the following week. Lo and behold I show up for the appointment and I'm not on the calendar and my appointment was never scheduled. It's super inconvenient to schedule time off of work to make an appointment and have to just turn around and go home. Now I can't trust that future appointments won't yield the same results and will no longer be going here for treatment.”

“From the first call I made to Altium Health I was treated with respect. I felt they were concerned for my Mental Health. I called for myself to get my anxiety and panic attacks under control. Due to being stabbed 22 times. There helping me threw a troubled time in my life. I thank them.”

“The nurse practitioner, Sam, I believe, is utterly incompetent. After two hours of me describing my depression in detail, he wouldn't recommend even TMS therapy. FOR MY POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION. I came in for ketamine therapy, and he basically told me it was "for people who are depressed," as if I hadn't just spent the last two hours telling him how depressed I've been for 4 years. He literally wanted to pull me off of the only medication that is currently working for me and risk what little I have left. DO NOT COME HERE. I wouldn't trust any of their recommendations. This is what happens when you use AI through college.”
