“I had a great experience with Brian Gashler, PA! He was incredibly attentive and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for throughout my visit. He was very professional and compassionate. That made a big difference for my concerns and I would definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends. My only concern was with the billing process. I had requested to wait and pay my bill once I received it in the mail, but a card I did not want to use was charged the following day after my visit. This caused some stress and inconvenience for me. I hope the clinic can improve communication and respect patient preferences when it comes to billing.”
