They’ve sat with me out talked with me at times during ketamine sessions and that meant the world to me. The medical staff are SOO knowledgeable. The rooms are SOO inviting and peaceful/tranquil. And the music & setup is super helpful, so too, they have rocks you can hold during the session and blankets/weighted-blankets which I’ve found helpful. The help and healing I’ve gained here with my some severe complex PTSD and suicidal ideation struggles has been INDESEPENSIBLE to actually be able to LIVE my life and have HUGE shifts to get traction in me efforts to create a life of joy that I always dreamed of but struggled to believe was possible. “Get your Medical Card for Utah somewhere else. Completely unprofessional. Could not find the location. Called them talked to someone helpful. They are in a corner hidden from the rest of the suites. They are basically in the backside of one of the suites. I walked in and was greeted by Debbie. She gave me more information about trying to call me when I walked in 3 mins after my appointment. Then gave me no clip board just some random papers to sign. Did not tell me where to sit because they have a makeshift room with chairs in it. Not a real lobby check in area. Completely unprofessional. When I mentioned it to them that they seem to be more hidden than actually accessible to patients. Front desk staff ignores you and tells you they are in compliance over and over. They are more interested in getting your $175 dollars then telling you how or where to fill out the paperwork. They direct me to just go sit down. Yeah don’t go here. Horrible experience.”

“By far the best for ketamine treatment. Unfortunately I had to be transferred to Stella health to further treatment and they are just not as great as this place at all. Cache ketamine was above and beyond for me. They are the place to go.”
