“Starting Spravato or any Ketamine assisted therapy is very difficult. I’ve had depression for as long as I could remember. I’ve done therapy for over 6 years and I’ve tried different antidepressants (I’ve been on antidepressants for 6 years) and so anything to relieve my depression is on my radar… take this from someone who has never done drugs, doesn’t drink alcohol, and doesn’t smoke… Spravato has really helped my anxiety and depression. I’ve only had 3 sessions and it feels like months of therapy. Clinically, Spravato poses as sort of a miracle antidepressant that can increase neuroplasticity and provide relief for those with treatment resistant depression. Yes, Spravato is amazing but what is even MORE amazing is the staff at Etherios.. wow .. wow .. wow… Jamie, Nadia, and the kind receptionist (with the cool tattoos) are so kind, professional, and top quality providers. This clinic truly makes you feel safe in a very “unknown area” during ketamine assisted therapies. They provide headphone/music, lollipops and mints, blankets, and a comfortable room for your experience. I couldn’t imagine a better setting with better providers… I’m seriously amazed. My mom is an NP and also does ketamine assisted therapies and she is very impressed by the quality of care as well. I cannot say enough good words about this establishment.”

“UPDATE (June 2026): Following my initial review, Christopher reached out to me directly. We had a very calm, productive conversation where he genuinely listened to my concerns regarding the billing delay and the communication breakdown. He took full accountability for the administrative oversight, validated my frustration, and completely wrote off the remaining balance to make things right. While the initial experience was incredibly stressful, I deeply appreciate Christopher stepping in to resolve this with empathy and professionalism. I was a patient with Etherios Therapy for years, but I can no longer stay silent about their appalling lack of communication, internal disorganization, and negligent financial practices. In this field, you expect to be treated like a human being; Etherios makes you feel like a product on an assembly line. In 2025, I was dealing with severe financial hardships. The clinic was fully aware of my situation, as well as the fact that I had been hospitalized for over a month for behavioral health in 2024. I was promised that they would work with me to set up shorter, affordable appointments so my care wouldn't suffer. Instead, that plan was completely abandoned and never set up. Instead of showing clinical compassion, they frequently messaged me demanding payments despite knowing the exact depth of my financial strain. My insurance plan had switched for 2026 and I immediately terminate my care after finding out Etherios was out of network, I explicitly requested that all future appointments be canceled and all balances be finalized immediately. No one reached out to follow up on my departure, until five months later. (Literally today) Out of nowhere, my psychiatrist messaged me on May 22 asking why I missed an appointment, explained my situation to her, followed days later by a demand for payment from nearly half a year ago because a card had failed and they didn’t bother to communicate this until 5 months later…(today May 26) Because their billing department sat on this transaction for 5 months without notifying me, my 2025 HSA account has closed for the tax year. Their administrative negligence entirely stripped away my ability to use my tax advantaged healthcare funds, leaving me with immense financial stress due to an error that is 100% theirs. It is deeply ironic and shameful that a behavioral health clinic, meant to alleviate stress, has instead caused me overwhelming anxiety through predatory, delayed billing practices and a total lack of empathy. If you want a clinic that actually sees you as a human, go somewhere else.”

“I found Etherios after a few Google searches. I primarily selected this place because it was so close to home. I have to say they helped me beyond anything I could ever do alone, in such a short period of time. Imagine fast forwarding depression and anxiety until it's gone. That's what I received here. Spravato is pretty fantastic... (this isn't a paid or sponsored ad). Jamie is wonderful and so caring. She listens and takes your concerns seriously. Nate is an amazing therapist. He is in my top two that I've ever seen and I have been to way too many to even count. He listens very well and the work he helps you perform is truly healing. Nadia is fantastic. She's such a kind soul and really cares about you as a patient. She remembers everything I tell her and always asks about the things I share during my follow-up visits. Mallory is very kind and welcoming. She's always so bubbly and happy. It's refreshing after a stressful day in the office to see her smiling face. My experience with Etherios as a whole has been a 10/10. As long as they are around I will keep going back. The healing and help I have been given is unmatched. I also put in a lot of effort and work outside of Etherios it truly maximizes your results. I would highly recommend Etherios to anyone of any age. They help make real change in your life.
