“The therapists at this clinic are great, but the billing and management are enough to ruin any therapy done. Consistently I’ve had surprise updates to my payment amounts, payments taken out inconsistently and without any notice or invoicing, and been unable to check my billing status due to a client portal that isn’t clear or updated. This is unacceptable for someone living paycheck to paycheck and relying on payments coming out when they say they will in an amount that was quoted and expected. Anytime I’ve had financial issues and called the clinic about the issues the answer is always sorry, there’s nothing we can do. I don’t feel cared for by this company. I feel taken advantage of. My sister was also seeing a therapist at this clinic and left for the same reasons. It is unacceptable to put your clients under this much financial stress at a therapy clinic to then basically tell them to deal with it.”
