“this is the worst therapy place so far i have been to. i got charged a ridiculous amount for my first therapy session and have been trying to call and get them to figure out on their end what is up because i had already talked to my insurance and they said their end was ok. they dont care, and their a therapy place-which is the one place that should care so disappointing UPDATE: they contacted me about the payment and fixed it, they were super understanding and nice about it. they explained the situation and were very helpful. the payment issue was my only problem with this place-the therapy by Cara was amazing and she is awesome and they fixed my payment, thank you”
