“I have had such a great experience with Numinus and my provider Jon Flake. He genuinely listens to me, with a kind and caring heart, and always has my future best interest in mind when considering how best to navigate whatever I am going through. He is a great doctor and I am grateful to have found him- usually appts with psychiatrists are groan worthy but I genuinely enjoy and look forward to talking to Jon. Highly recommend if you need temporary help through a rough patch in your life- he has helped to get me through these experiences faster and easier than I would have had I not taken the steps to find help. He takes a lot of joy in watching his patients regain control of their lives, thoughts, and mind and hypes me up when he sees I am building better habits and growing- such an encouragement. Really enjoy him and would highly recommend Jon if you're looking for support during a tough life transition.”

“BEWARE: FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I had the displeasure of going to Numinus in American Fork. Before I ever showed up I confirmed with them that they are part of the EAP program through my employer which gives me 12 free session a year. They confirmed that they do accept the program and that I would not be billed. To my surprise I receive and bill for two sessions claiming I also received a physc evaluation which I never did. They billed both the EAP program and my insurance. I called over 5 times to get this issue resolved and was met with Josh and Carlie who both disregarded my concerns and Carlie even laughed at the situation claiming “we did what we were supposed to” even though I had a rep from my insurance company on the phone explaining that they should of never billed my insurance. I have been fighting them on this for over two months. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they claimed they were the supervisor. I pushed and pushed to get in contact with a higher up and was provided a phone number that goes straight to voicemail and response. I asked them to email me with a breakdown of why they billed EAP and insurance and never received anything. The care was subpar. I wouldn’t wish this place to my worse enemies. Go anywhere but here. I have since gotten in touch with the consumer protection bureau to get this sorted out.”
