“Be very careful reviewing your bills after appointments. I scheduled what I believed would be a routine medication-management visit. The appointment was brief and consisted primarily of discussing my medication and how I was doing. Afterward, I discovered that additional add-on services were being billed. I was shocked to see charges for a service that I do not believe was provided during the visit. Patients place a tremendous amount of trust in healthcare providers and should not have to audit their own medical bills to ensure they are being charged appropriately. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in this practice. If you choose to receive care here, review every bill, every claim, and every Explanation of Benefits carefully. Based on my experience, I would not return to this practice and would not recommend it to others. This place is awful.”

“I've only been inside the building a couple times and it was for paperwork purposes mainly since my sessions are all telehealth but the receptionists there are so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. The office is kept immaculate and it's very quiet and easy to think. I love my psychiatrist Dr. Amos, I've literally followed him from different buildings when he switched because he's a doctor I trust and he's very friendly and easy to talk to. Stella (Numinus) really cares about how you're doing and emphasize communication if you need help. My concerns are always taken care of in a timely manner which I appreciate and their communication is clear on if they can or cannot do something.
