“Update: The staff called and apologized for the delayed response and was able to help with my request. This was not left unresolved which I appreciate. ** I am a current patient and do most of my appointments online. I sent an email to update my appt time to an online session when I got the reminder and noticed it was scheduled for in person. I never heard back and I was then charged a cancellation fee and have been getting continuous bills for it. I have stayed on top of it and reached out by phone several times, by email, I have reached out to my psychiatrist directly and have had zero response. As I have talked with other patients here, this is apparently a very common issue. Lack of response, and getting charged for their own shortcomings in communication; one person who had reached out to their provider here over 5 times trying to get an appointment and refill completed with absolutely no response.”
