“The transition to the new MYIO app has been incredibly frustrating and, so far, essentially useless. I have sent messages through the app at least twice, possibly three times, and it has been approximately 48 hours with absolutely no response. None of my prescriptions are even listed in the app. I have also tried calling the Clearfield location directly and have left voicemails, which have also gone unanswered. I understand that implementing a new system can come with technical issues, but there needs to be a reliable way for patients to communicate with their healthcare provider. When messages through the app and phone calls/voicemails are all going unanswered, that is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable—especially when patients are trying to communicate about their healthcare and prescriptions. If MYIO is going to be the primary method of communication, it needs to actually function as one. Patients should not have to repeatedly reach out through multiple methods just to get a response.”
