“Today I had a consultation for TMS therapy at Grovewood Mental Health. The receptionist Lacey is also their TMS coordinator for NeuroStar, which is the company that does the TMS therapy treatments. She knew the answer to every question I asked, and I was very inquisitive. I asked her many many questions about what TMS looks like, and Lacey helped me understand all of what it would entail, as well as making me feel confident to move forward with it. She didn’t rush the consultation, and it seemed that she cared just as much- AND was just as invested as I am in discovering a long-term helpful solution to the mental health deficiencies that I’ve struggled with my entire life. She was both professional and personable all at the same time, and I couldn’t have had a better experience or consultant.
