“Love the environment in the lobby/waiting area. They have books you can read, snacks and water to take. The receptionist is always kind and welcoming. My therapist, Rachel Lamplugh, is amazing. She is great at listening, explains things simply, very understanding, and suggests for me to work on certain therapy techniques that have been helpful and beneficial for me. They left an incentive to leave a review, and get a free book.”

“The therapist Rachel here has been absolutely amazing with my son who was recently diagnosed with ADHD and behavioral issues. I have seen a huge change in him managing his emotions while he has been seeing Rachel. We get to see her every 2 weeks and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon because of the huge help it has been for my son. Thank you for your continued support.”

“"I’ve had a very poor experience with the administration here. Despite finding a great therapist, the billing department does not accept my primary insurance due to that will also not bill my medicaid making my treatment unaffordable. With a flat rate of $140 and no options for payment plans or discounts, they have created a significant barrier to care. I cannot recommend this office due to their rigid and unhelpful financial policies." -I am editing my review as the billing office got back to me. They offered to cover my April visits as a one time courtesy but that it is something that they can no longer offer in the future. They also offered to lighten my burden by doing a short term discount for the next 3 months. But after that I would go back to regular service fee at full price. Although Im happy with a temp resolution it is just that, temporarily help. I will still end up paying full price at the end of this.”
