“My initial experiences with Whole Mind were positive, but since the beginning of summer it has been nigh unto impossible to get ahold of them to have my prescriptions refilled, or when I finally do, to have the prescriptions sent to the correct pharmacies. I am using the new app to message them and not hearing back for days, I am calling and leaving messages with reception, I am leaving voicemails, and it is still taking days to get any sort of response. I have been in need of my medications since Wednesday, and only heard back today (Saturday), where I confirmed the location of the pharmacy I want my prescriptions sent to. I later got a notification that the medications were being sent to, surprise surprise, the pharmacy that never has my specific medications in stock, so I get a crappy substitute that my psychiatrist is fully aware DO NOT work for me. It’s sad, because while I have been listened to and shown care in my appointments, getting my basic needs fulfilled has been such a challenge.”

“This is place where you can’t trust doctor Paul, he just put me in jail. He is not to be trusted. I had 3 appointments and taught I can speak to him about everything that bothered me and he immediately contacted police. There is no patient confidentiality.”
